ASTAANG YOGA ::

Our ancient sages have given eight stages of Yoga to secure purity of mind,body and soul and finally union with God.

The eight stages of Yoga are as follows::

1) Yama ( Social Discipline)

2) Niyama ( Individaul Discipline)

3) Asans (Postures)

4) Pranayama ( Breath Control)

5) Pratyahara ( Discipline of Senses)

6) Dharana ( Conentration)

7) Dhyana ( Meditation)

8) Samadhi (Self-Realisation)
