IS MORNING BREAKFAST
NECESSARY?
You people must have heard from doctors and dieticians – giving suggestions and
great advice about morning breakfast that--, "The morning breakfast is
essential to your health."
Same thing we will understand in different manner...Normally a person sleeps 7 to 8 hrs during night. During this period a person’s stomach is completely empty...that means food is completely digested. During morning stomach is soft and in relaxed state. If in morning you take only Tea or Coffee then the amount of Hydrochloric acid increases and this gives occurrence to stomach pain or throat irritation. Gradually increasing of this results in stomach ulcers which damages stomach. Asperity is also the cause due to the negligence of breakfast in morning according to the thinking of Specialists.
Amount of glucose decreases in body by not having morning breakfast or remaining hungry, without food for longer span of time. It results into hypo-glacemia. And also creates weakness and lack of efficiency.
A survey, study was done on school going children….. Those children who were having their morning breakfast were very attentive in the class then the children not having morning breakfast. And moreover they are always lethargic and in dizziness. If a teacher sees such student having dizziness would question him immediately that whether he had his morning breakfast or not? Whether it is child, or a Homemaker or aged person or youth, morning breakfast is essential for every person…so don’t neglect morning breakfast. This morning breakfast provides you with energy to work whole day.
In morning breakfast you can choose from the list given here—vegetable juice, whole wheat bread, eggs, milk, cereals, fruit juice, rice chapatti (muffin), Parathans ( Indian bread) , Pauve without potatoes, curd, fruits, porridge, semolina idly, semolina Kheer, muthiya etc. may be taken.
Here below are some snacks that are adequate in nutrition. They are prepared by keeping in mind the nutritional value of the product.
1] Any type of stuffed Parathans, with curd can be taken.

Different types of Sandwich, using Brown bread also has a substantial nutritive
breakfast.
3] If you don’t have liking for the above breakfast, then idly- Sāmbhar is also very nutritive breakfast. Coz it is made from rice and pulses ground together to a fine paste which has Vitamin- B in excess quantity, which helps and provides energy to our day to day routine, work.
4] By using Corn and bajri, one can make masala Parathans and muthiya

Can have boiled vegetable toast with the toppings of finely cut apple or
pomegranate—along with baked beans is good option of nutritive breakfast.

Can have skimmed milk or juice with sprouted pulses as morning breakfast.
Pulses also provide a complete nutrition to your body. The fruit can be taken
with breakfast. Many intelligent people eat breakfast filled with fruit. Due to
which they are so upbeat and happy and full of efficiency.
One should have nutritive breakfast instead of fried items or full calorie items...like samosa, gathiyan, sweets, pastries, puri, etc.
Specifically, breakfast should have cereals and Pulses and tea or coffee should not be used. Because the tea - coffee, doesn’t allow food ie cereals and Pulses to digest .That is the reason why dietician advises to have milk or juice with the morning breakfast.
Believe it is true nowadays that many of the celebrities and very aware persons, for them breakfast is infallible though they may have or not biryani, kabab, pijha, Burger, damapukhta, Punjabi, Chinese in their lunch or dinner.
