DIET FOR BEAUTIFUL AND GLORIOUS SKIN
          

Everybody loves to have a beautiful, youthful, glorious, and a
lively skin. Our skin is an outer image of our inner being. If our
inner constitution and condition is well balanced, we can
definitely have a glorious skin. Our diet plays a significant role in
an overall outlook of our skin. So, if your diet has skin friendly
elements in it, you too can be a fairy with glorious skin.

Mother Nature has blessed us with many significant and useful
things. Let us include them in our daily diet and get their valuable
 benefits….
 

1) ORANGE--- SANTRA---


ORANGES
This fruit is highly rich in
Vitamin--C. It saves us from
 the adverse effects of ultra
violet rays. One Orange
per day is very advisable.

 2) SUN-FLOWER SEED---
 
SUNFLOWER SEEDS
It contains necessary fatty
acids, which gives natural
glory to our  skin. It also keeps skin
clean and soft. Black heads can
be got  rid  off. Make paste of this
seed or powder of this seed.
                                             Consume it  with tea or water
                                               ---1 tea spoon every day.

3) PAPAYA ---
PAPAYA
This fruit is rich in Vitamin -A
and Carotene. It works as
antioxidant and gives glory
 and youthful look to the skin.
The low calorie content of
                                                   Papaya also makes it a useful
                                                   fruit for calorie conscious
                                                   people.
 
4) PULSES--DAL---
 
PULSES
All types of pulses are rich in
Protein. One cup of any
pulses every day is necessary.
Protein of pulse is rich in
 Biotin.
By consuming this pulses skin
 gets rejuvenated.

 5) LEMON GRASS---GREEN TEA---
 
GREEN TEA
Anti-oxidant green tea /
lemon grass not only save
skin from  ultra-violet rays,
but also from wrinkles.
It helps in getting rid of
patches, stains on the skin
                                          and makes it clean and  healthy.
                                         Consume twice a day and
                                         can add honey also to it. (Optional).

 
DO'S AND DON'TS….


 Drink 10 - 15 glass of water every day regularly.
 
 Eat 1 - 2 cucumber every day.
 
 Consume papaya in Breakfast every day.
 
 Include fibrous food in your diet.
 
 Avoid fried, spicy, oily foods.
 
 Relax yourself at least 10 minutes before going to sleep.
 
 Consume more and more seasonal fruits and vegetables.
 
 Clean your face, rub off make up, and apply night cream before sleeping.
