PENDULUM DOWSING/DIVINING:

A pendulum is an ancient tool used for hundreds of years to provide accurate information in answer to any question. The DIVINING power of pendulum helps us answer all yes/no type questions. We use Diamond pendulum because it’s extraordinary accuracy in divining and for this fact, it is called a “Truth teller”.

PHYSIOGNOMY:

Physiognomy (from the Gk. "physis" meaning 'nature' and "gnomon" meaning 'judge' or 'interpreter') is the assessment of a person's character or personality from their outer appearance, especially the face. The term physiognomy can also refer to the general appearance of a person, object or terrain, without reference to its implied characteristics.

RUNEOLOGY:

Runes are an ancient Germanic alphabet, used for writing, divination. They were used throughout northern Europe, Scandinavia etc.Runes are an oracle from which one seeks advice. They work best if you detail your current circumstances and then ask a specific question.


Odin saint gave this German Runes. It is believed to have divine power. There are symbols for everything. They have miraculous energies. It is useful to everyone in the family and the society.

MANTRA THERAPY:

A mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered capable of "creating transformation" ( spiritual transformation).Their use and type varies according to philosophy associated with the mantra.


Mantras were originally conceived in the Vedas. Most mantras follow the written pattern of two line "shlokas" although they are often found in single line or even single word form.


The most basic mantra is Aum, which in Hinduism is known as the "pranava mantra," the source of all mantras. Aum is considered to be the most fundamental and powerful mantra. The seed syllable Aum represents the underlying unity of reality, which is Brahman.


Mantras by eliminating the ailments can make the body physically, mentally and spiritually balanced.The Vedas refer this therapy as “Aatharvani chikitsa”, which works on 72000 Naadis(Nerves).

Surya Namaskar is considered to be a personality development tool and is included as part of wellness program.



Surya namaskar is very beneficial to keep your health up to date by performing simple set of asanas. This asanas are refreshing and instant rejuvenating.



Known variously as Surya Namskar or Sun Salutation, the Surya Namaskar is one of the best exercises that people can perform. The benefits accruing from these exercises are inimitable and exceptional. This is a yoga based exercise.



Properly performed Surya Namaskar collisions and authorizes all five sheaths – the body, the breath, the

Mind , the bliss and the intellect –  providing  performers the benefits for the Sthula (Gross), Sukshma (subtle) and Kaarana (Causal) sharir /bodies. Whereas conservative exercises of all forms including  aerobic, weight lifting, walking, jogging and running are designed to provide benefits to the physical body and Surya Namaskar provides benefits of a holistic nature by working on the physical body, praana (breathing), mind, intellect and the bliss components (or kosas) of the entire human personality.


The Surya Namaskar is performed usually early in the morning facing the morning rising Sun.

The Namskar is done in 12 steps, each step having its own posture (including position and form) with its own breathing pattern (inhalation or exhalation), and its own mantra.



The mantras chanted while performing the Namaskar generate minute vibrations in the body which helps and corrects functioning of all systems of glands in the body. The whole Namaskar process tones up the functioning of all systems in the body like sensory, respiratory,circulatory, digestive and nervous systems. And the result is  Balanced state of mind and concentration and wide memory powers .



The mantras are chanted in the following manner:

Om  Mitraya Namaha (Mitra - friend)

Om Ravaye Namaha (Ravi - radiance)

Om  Suryaya Namaha (Surya – dispeller of darkness)

Om  Bhanave Namaha (Bhanu – Shining with luster)

 Om Pooshne Namaha (Pushan – mystic fire which gives)

Om Hiranyagarbhaya Namaha (hiranyagarbha – golden colored)

 Om  Marichaye Namaha (Marichi – Ray of light)

Om  Adityaya Namaha (Aditya – Sun,aspect of Vishnu, Son of Aditi)

Om  Savitre Namaha (Savitru – Light of enlightenment)

 Om  Arkaya Namaha (Arkah – a ray of light, a flash of lightning, Sun)

Om Bhaskaraya Namaha (Bhaskara –Shining Light)

What is Yoga?










WHAT IS YOGA?
It is Self-explanatory. Yoga has main came from Tantra.Yog vidhya is Adhyatmik (Spiritual) science, it is shastra of Antarman. Yoga is a Sanskrit term derived from “YUJ” dhatu means “UNION”. Union of body, mind, intellect and soul with the Universal Spirit i.e. GOD.
YOG IS “YUKTI” (Tactic) for the achievement of completeness which leads to Siddhi (Ultimate Goal).It is a scientific system of Indian Philosophy (Darshan shastra) which presents theory and practicals. It does not give same effect to every individual. It is shastra of Antrik Jagat i.e. Inner world.
Yoga means union of conscious and sub-conscious mind i.e. balance of both. We have three bodies --- Sthul Sharir i.e. Physical body--- made of different organs, which has limitations. Suksham Sharir i.e. subtle body--- i.e. mental body with no limitations, it is invincible. Karan Sharir i.e. Casual body—i.e. Thoughts- What you conceive in your thoughts. In Karan Sharir you think that you have some disease, In Suksham Sharir, you start feeling and in Sthul Sharir you get disease in the body. Yoga is science of both this inner worlds of body.
Yoga is not merely yoga sans, but it is an art of knowing, understanding and realizing our oneself. It is learning which enlightens us of Creation and the creator himself.
Patanjali’s Yoga Darshan Says” YOGAH CHITTA VRITTI NIRODHAH”.means--- control on your Chittavriti (i.e. ego, mind, intellect) is Yoga.
Yoga is not a religious systems but an art of living. It has been originated from “RIGVED”.It is ancient science.Yog is Adhyatmik Darshan Shastra based on the Principles of Vedas. Yoga shastra was written by Patanjali Rishi 2700 years ago, in Ilavat in Uttar Himalaya.Yog is Twin philosophy i.e. Sankhya and Yoga becomes one complete philosophy. Sankhya is theory, principles and Yoga is practical, applied science. Sankhya is theory of Aatma and how to reach this Aatma i.e. Sakhshatkar is given by Yoga.
Yoga is a traditional knowledge of India. The structure of Yog rests on the foundation of the Sankhya.
“Nasti Sankhya samam gyanam, Nasti Yog samam balam” --- means Sankhya is ancient and superior.
There are two types of world --- one life less and other is life full i.e. chetna vihin and chaitnaya. If you see every world then Jad jagat i.e. life less, is made up of 24 tatv (elements), if you compare to science it is 92 basic elements of Universe, which are at both the place i.e. inner and outer world. Prakruti is prime element. Patanjali Rishi has taken this 24 elements and one additional element i.e. chitta. Yog starts with this chitta, it is known as “ANTAH KARAN CHATUSHYA”. Yog believes and describes God i.e. Param Aatma and its name is “PRANAV”, i.e. “OMKAR”. Combination of body, mind, feeling, existence, experience is got from Yog.
Yog marg is wanted more by the person Bcoz persons having physical, mental, social ailments gets recovered by this means i.e. Yog. All philosophies takes you in one direction but transparency, clear steps are seen in Yog. There is no existence of Mann. Experience is got at every step of Yog.
